1. This Policy has been drawn up on the basis of Polish act for providing services by electronic means of 18 July 2002 (consolidated text Journal of Laws of year 2020, entry 344 as amended). The Policy specifies conditions of providing a service of providing information via e-mail (hereinafter referred to as: „Newsletter”).
  2. The Newsletter service is provided by Association “Stowarzyszenie ArgDiaP” (hereinafter referred to as the „Service Provider”) with its seat in Cracow (post code: 30-045), Poland, 2 Królewska Street, entered into the register of associations of National Court Register under number KRS: 0000738735 by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Cracow XI Commercial Division of National Court Register, having tax identification number (NIP): 6772435853, REGON: 380680753.
  3. Through the Newsletter service the Service Provider will send information related to the activities conducted by the Service Provider.
  4. Use of the Newsletter service is free-of-charge.
  5. Ordering the service is possible after registering in the subscriber base. The registration in the subscriber base is voluntary may be done by every user of the Internet. Users below 16 years old shall obtain prior parental (legal representative) consent to register in the subscriber base.
  6. Any person intending to order the Newsletter service, prior to the registration, agrees to the conditions described in this Policy and in the Privacy Notice of the service Provider, and also gives a consent to receive business information electronically or provides the service Provider with their e-mail address on the basis of article 10 (2) of Polish providing services electronically act and agrees to process their personal data for this purpose.
  7. The registration in the subscriber base and ordering of Newsletter service occurs through entering valid e-mail address in the Newsletter registration form on the website and proceeding a verification according to the guide described in the message sent to the e-mail address provided by the purchaser.
  8. The Subscriber may, at any time, resign from using the Newsletter service by sending from a registered e-mail address a message to the e-mail address, indicating in the topic „Resignation of Newsletter”. The resignation of the Newsletter service shall be equivalent to withdrawing the consent to process personal data for the purpose of providing this service.
  9. The processing of personal data in regard to sending the Newsletter is necessary for providing the Newsletter service.
  10. The service Provider shall be entitled at any time to make changes, modifications or to discontinue sending the Newsletter without any prior notice, in particular the service Provider may freely determine the Newsletter sending frequency.
  11. The service Provider shall not be liable for incorrect execution of the Newsletter subscription resulting from any reasons beyond the control of the service Provider and that includes liability for providing false personal data of the person ordering of the Newsletter service.
  12. The service Provider reserves the right to make changes of this Policy by posting the updated version on the webpage In such event, the service Provider shall send to the subscriber the updated version of the Policy to the given e-mail address. If the subscriber does not accept introduced amendments, they shall resign form the from using the Newsletter in the manner described in the article 8 of this Policy.
  13. The Policy is available on the webpage and shall enter into force from the moment of its publishing.
