“The Polish School of Argumentation” (the Polish edition)
The year 2014 will witness several events crucial for the growth of the ArgDiaP initiative, including the preparation of a special issue of the Argumentation journal (Springer, vol. 3 2014) which will set up the foundations of the research programme of the Polish School of Argumentation.
11the ArgDiaP aims to become a catalyst for the transformation. The workshop will consist of the panel discussion and regular talks accepted for presentation. Both panelist and speakers will take part in the discussion about the programme of the Polish School of Argumentation which will then be invited to co-author the paper The Polish School of Argumentation: A Manifesto, which will open the special issue of Argumentation.
The workshop is organised and hosted by the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
The peer-reviewed papers related to the discussions at the 11th ArgDiaP, including Manifesto which sets up the research foundations ot the Polish School of Argumentation), are published as a special issue of the Argumentation journal (Katarzyna Budzynska, Marcin Koszowy, Eds.; vol. 3, 2014; Springer). All of the papers authored by members of the Polish School of Argumentation are available for downloading (Open Access).
